One
of the nicest guys in Pro-Mod is Oregon based Dennis Radford.  Dennis recently purchased Rickie Smiths 2200 horsepower Viper.  Well I would say things went quite well during a recent Darlington test session.  Dennis' new Viper was the fastest Nitrous car on the premises, outshining some pretty heavy hitters.  Dennis uses a set of our Nitrous Pro-IV split Dominators and a Buck Racing power-plant, Radford's new car piloted by Rickie Smith streaked to a 6.25 @ 224 mph in legal trim!

Randy Draffen's Pro-Street entry also uses a similar set of our Nitrous Pro-IV Split Dominators and Gene Fulton Power.  Randy made his presence known at the
recent Bradenton Edelbrock Pro-Series Event qualifying in the Number two spot with a brand new untested combination.  Randy and I spoke between every round and he took it slow and easy.  If you call 6.7 second passes slow and easy.  He's getting used to the power and the car is starting to go straight.  Look out for him as the season progresses!!

At the same event Gary Rohe (Pro-Systems Nitrous Pro-IV carburetor) showed up to race.  You know what that means.  He's probably gonna win...he sure knows that car.  Rohe put his ’80 Mustang on the top of the record-setting 21-car Vortech Xtreme Street field Saturday and scored the win on Sunday.  The run not to miss was Nick Scavo behind the wheel of Bob Curran's Corvette (Pro-Systems Dominator carburetor).  He went on a wild, wheel-standing, sideways pass that showed how crazy these cars and drivers really are...Nick doesn't give up easy.

In TCI/FAST Pro Stock Jake Holdredge (Pro-Systems Dominator carburetor) has entered the Pro-Series with his J and J Racecraft car.  He went up against the
notorious Chris Uratchko who is last years Pro-Stock Champion  (Pro-Systems  4150 carburetor).  Jake proved he’s making power as he traversed the track at over 150 mph on every pass.  Man that car can back half, scoring the victory for our team and Chris scored us the runner-up as well.

After a rough time qualifying, defending Car Craft Magazine Cheap Street Champion, Jeremy Taylor (Pro-Systems Nitrous Pro-IV 4150 carburetor) made it all happen on race day.  Prevailing in the final round…and that’s the one that counts.

We’d like to thank all of our Pro-Systems customers for the news updates and congratulations to you all.

It’s a long season, don’t forget we operate a 24/7 tech-line for all of our customers and we’re glad you use it.  We’re happy to be a part of the win.
