Kevin Parent went all Old School on everyone last week at the NMCA event in the Nostalgia Pro Street class.   As 25 competitors watched in shock and awe as Kevin Parent made a pass in his Old School Nova that left folks screaming!  His record setting 7.358 second was unbelievably fast and drastically over wrote the old record and is now the quickest pass in NMCA NPS history.  

No one even saw it coming, except Kevin and ...well us of course.  We have been working with Kevin on carburetor designs that allow us to run a tight converter to get the car to travel down the track with less slippage (horsepower loss), but have enough low speed signal to jump up on that tight converter and still tear down the track.  The magical combination has been found and congratulations to Kevin as these efforts have paid off in a big way for everybody.  

Kevin qualified Number One, Won the race, and won the Shootout race as well.  It been a long road, but Old School is still cool and now its fast too.
