The SV1's get the Record - FASTEST STREET CAR in AUSTRALIA!!

In Australia, they race street cars...scary fast street cars.  These aren't race cars made to look like a street car...these are the real deal.  Well Trick and Mansweto  contacted us to build a pair of SV1's for their 694 c.i. engine for an all out assault on the Fastest Street Car in Australia competition.  This is a naturally aspirated class and believe me these Aussies are serious.  The Trick and Mansweto crew showed up with their dual SV1 equipped Capri and just blew the competition away.   Breaking the record by a full tenth!!  It now stands at 7.147 @ 191.51 mph!!   The 1500 plus horsepower engine (Tricky crew are kind of secretive on the exact horsepower output) really makes that car fly!!  Almost literally.  According to Tricky " with the SV1's on, it just exploded out of the gate making the car a violent leaver and a real handful".  But he says in time he'll get used to it and faster times will follow.  Watch the video....OMG!!  If you don't wince a couple times during that pass you've never been in a fast car before. Wild stuff for sure!!  Congrats Trick and Mansweto on bringing us another class record (3rd so far this year) with our new SV1's and man can you guys build some horsepower!!

Marco Abruzzi, of Abruzzi Racing is revered as being one of the top transmission builders in the world (Tel: 330.369.1707).  The reason? That guys transmissions score a lot of wins!  Abruzzi is a pretty good racer in his own right and once again he proved that point last weekend at the Kansas City NHRA Event winning the hotly contested and highly competitive Top Sportsman Class.  His dial in throughout the event only varied from a 6.91 to a 6.93 and with a 6.92 dial in the final round Abruzzi ran a 6.93 to take the win.  His Camaro uses a pair of our Nitrous Pro IV Dominators to go rounds and win races, thanks for having us onboard.
