Billy Glidden and Jake Carlton brought home a 1-2 finish for the Pro Systems camp as the ADRL kicked off their season in Baytown Texas yesterday.

The Flowmaster Extreme 10.5 class was just wicked competition through and through as finishline wins were by inches. Wow, that is the some exciting racing!!

In the final, the Glidden Racing Engines powered (317.535.5225) Glidden driven GTO took the win over the Jake Carlton driven Nelson Competition (727.321.5756) powered entry.

The Glidden folks used a single Pro Systems Dominator equipped Nitrous Pro IV carb to not only qualify number one but to consistently run 4.1 second passes lap after lap.

Jake Carlton used a set of our Nitrous Pro IV tunnel ram dominators to grab the runner up finish following Glidden across the stripe by inches. We'll take the 1-2 finish every time.

Hats off to the ADRL for establishing "parity perfection" These are two very different combinations yet each achieved similar performance marks under the rules packages for the class. A great job to both the car and driver, the sanctioning body and of course the engine builders.

Worlds Fastest Automatic!! We reset our own record once again, this time with Tyler Jenkins and Albert racing Engines (276.686.8964) power. At the Valdosta test a week earlier Tyler Jenkins wowed the crowd when his power glide equipped 762 c.i. Albert Racing Engines/Pro Systems Split Dominator carbureted car made a 4.04 second pass. Thats the fastest pass ever by an Automatic transmission. 4.04, who'd a thunk. The bad news (for the competition that is)...Tyler has one stage of Nitrous left that he has yet to flip the switch on.

Man this is gonna be a fun 2009 and a great way to debut with our Single Dominator, our Tunnel Ram Dominator and Split Dominator entries!
