Dean Cleary is a bracket racer from down under.

It's February here in the U.S. of A and most of our Nation is covered in snow.  But not in Australia, its summertime and racing is hot and heavy.

Dean Cleary sent us a shot of his 1975 Holden Torana pulling a wheelstand at his favorite 1/8th mile track Southcoast raceway. (www.southcoastraceway.com) 

At the end of the day it remained his favorite track, as Dean ended up winning the first time out since receiving his new Pro Systems carburetor.

Deans, 434 c.i. Torana went through nine rounds of racers at that event.

In the final round Dean took the win, running a 6.416 on a 6.41 dial with a margin of victory of .000

Yes, by the eye it was a dead tie at the finish.

Thats some tough competition for sure.

Then Dean simply puts the mufflers back on it and drives it home.

Now thats my kind of car.
